General description of the collection: The Frederick Brighthaupt photograph collection consists of photos relative to Mr. Brighthaupt's service in Korea during the Korean War with the 3rd Infantry Division. Little information came with the photos, so neither the specific unit of the 3rd Division, nor the year in which the photos were taken are known. The few captions that exist really add little to the knowledge of the collection. Field artillery is the dominant subject of the photos, but there is a variety of subjects shown, all near the front lines.
